We process all orders within 1-2 business days. Standard domestic shipping typically takes 3-5 business days, while international shipping can take 7-14 business days depending on the destination.
How can I return an item?
We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. To start a return, please contact our support team with your order number to receive a return authorization label.

Are your products covered by a warranty?
Yes, all products purchased through our official store come with a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover standard wear and tear or accidental damage.
Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After this window, the order is sent to our fulfillment center and cannot be changed. Please contact us immediately if you need to make an adjustment.
